1. What sizes do you offer?

We offer evening and wedding dresses in sizes 34 to 54 (EU). Please check our size guide to choose the right size for you. 

  1. How do I choose the right size for my dress?

We recommend that you compare your measurements (bust, waist and hips) with our size guide. If you are between two sizes, we advise you to choose the larger size and have the dress adjusted by a professional tailor. 

  1. Do you offer custom made dresses?

We do not currently offer custom-made dresses. However, we recommend having minor adjustments made by a professional tailor if your dress does not fit perfectly. 

  1. How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination: 

- Switzerland: Standard delivery within 5 working days. 

- Europe: 10 working days. 

- USA + APAC: 10 to 20 working days, depending on the destination. 

Express delivery options are available during checkout. 

  1. Can I return my dress?

Yes, you can return unworn and unaltered dresses within 5 days of receipt. Please note that we do not accept returns if the original tag and tab of the dress have been removed. See our return policy for more information. 

  1. How do I make a return?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at return@maisonmavi.ch. We will send you a return label and further instructions. 

  1. How should I care for my dress?

We recommend having your dresses professionally cleaned. For more details, please see our care instructions. 

  1. Can I exchange my dress?

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or model, you can initiate a return and place a new order. 

  1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: 

- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) 

- TWINT 

- Bank transfer 

  1. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. With this number, you will be able to track the status of your order online at any time. 

  1. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled before shipment. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. 

  1. Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes, we regularly offer discounts and promotions. Sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date with the latest offers. 

  1. My dress is too big, what can I do?

It is quite normal for some evening and wedding dresses to require tailoring. As our dresses are produced in standard sizes, they are often slightly longer to accommodate different body sizes. We recommend having the dress fitted with the shoes you will be wearing, by a professional tailor of your choice, to achieve the perfect fit. This particularly applies to the length of the dress as well as any adjustments to the waist or shoulders. 

  1. My size is sold out, will it be available again?

If your size is not available, you can sign up for our email notification system to be notified as soon as the item is back in stock. Simply click "Notify when available" on the product page. 

  1. Can I order dresses in multiple sizes to try on?

We do not recommend ordering multiple sizes to try on to avoid unnecessary returns. Instead, use our size guide and measuring instructions to choose the right size. If you are between sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size and having the dress adjusted by a tailor. 

  1. Can changes be made to the dress after ordering?

We do not make alterations to dresses before or after shipping. If you need adjustments, we recommend hiring a professional tailor. Typical adjustments include length reduction or adjustments to the fit. 

  1. Can I try on or see the dresses before buying them?

Yes! We have a showroom in Bern where you can view and try on each of our dresses. Come and visit us at Maison Mavi, Amthausgasse 3, 3011 Bern. Our friendly team will be happy to advise you personally and help you find the perfect dress.
